EPJ C: Susha Parameswaran appointed Guest Editor for String Phenomenology

Susha Parameswaran

EPJ C is pleased to announce the appointment of Susha Parameswaran as the journal’s Guest Editor for String Phenomenology. Susha Parameswaran is a theoretical physicist based in the UK at the University of Liverpool.

Her research interests are in string theory and its applications and potential implications across particle physics and cosmology.

Together with Ignatios Antoniadis, Associate Editor of EPJC, she will supervise the long-term topical collection which has now opened for submissions:

String theory predictions for astroparticle and collider physics,
and beyond

This collection aims to pave the way for future common working grounds across all experimental and theoretical particle and astroparticle physics communities interested in string phenomenology and its predictions. As well as articles containing original work, perspective papers are strong encouraged – these can be more speculative and should guide future research by emphasizing as much as possible collaborative efforts across the participating communities.

Topics include – but are not limited to – the swampland program, string cosmology, string compactifications and moduli stabilization, non-geometric constructions, supersymmetry breaking in string theory and F-theory constructions.

It was my pleasure to be given the opportunity of being helpful in the scientific production process of EPJD. I enjoyed the experience as a referee for the journal: it was instructive, and its procedures were clear and simple. You can certainly count on my assistance for future similar appointments.
