Ponderomotive scattering of electrons in intense laser fields is investigated via the spinorial dynamics of relativistic charges in the Clifford algebra. We present numerical solutions to the eigenspinor of an electron in classical electromagnetic fields in the spinorial equation of motion, which is further used to determine the electron momentum and spin simultaneously. The evolution of the electron momentum is used to study the reflection condition of the ponderomotive scattering. We show the reflection condition depends on laser and electron parameters sensitively. With the evolution of electron spin, we demonstrate the helicity transfer from transverse polarization to longitudinal direction with a degree up to 10% can be realized around the reflection condition.
