The results of a study of the excitation kinetics of photoconductivity of pyrolytic CdZnS films with a nanostructured surface are presented in this paper. It is observed that the time dependences of the photoconductivity of the studied structures under their own excitation have a flash character. To explain the flash character of the time dependences of photoconductivity excitation, the model is proposed that takes into account the localization centers whose cross-section of charge carrier capture is functionally related to the optical modulation of the surface potential barrier.
