Starting from the phenomenology of the electron–proton capture process rigorously estimates an improvement of the theoretical values of the fine structure constant and of the Planck constant. This article proposed the use of some recent developments in Bridge theory to achieve significant precision of the theoretical fine structure constant and of all the atomic constants related to it. All the theoretical values estimated are in agreement with their recent experimental estimation, but the particular method of calculation used in this work suggests that the proposed values are absolutely accurate for a hydrogen atom in formation.
