We study the time evolution of quantum Fisher information (QFI) and von Neumann entropy (VNE) for moving two four-level atomic system under the influence of Stark effect and nonlinear Kerr-like medium in a dephasing environment. The Stark effect and Kerr medium play an important role during the time evolution of the quantum system. The effect of the nonlinear Kerr medium is prominent on the VNE as compared to the QFI. It is observed that at higher values of the Kerr parameter, VNE decreases as compared to its lower values. On the other hand, the nonlinear Kerr medium has a subtle effect on QFI for the entire range of Kerr parameter values. Moreover, the Stark effect is found to influence the QFI of a two four-level atomic system in a modest way. However, the Stark effect heavily influences the VNE of the quantum system. Furthermore, the quantum system is found highly prone to the dephasing environment
