Considering important roles of quantum entanglement in quantum communication and quantum computation, some separability criterions of multipartite states are investigated in terms of entries of a density matrix, and some inequalities are derived. It is observed that validity of these inequalities are necessary for separability, and then violation of some of them are sufficient for genuine entanglement states. Lastly, Λ-separability criterions of multipartite states are also established and illustrated with some examples.
