Motivated by the recent experimental breakthrough about the ultrastrong coupling in solid-state cavity quantum electrodynamics, we investigate the quantum dynamics of the Rabi model with a static driving field for the photon. Interestingly, we predict a Rabi oscillation, whose period is inversely proportional to the driving amplitude. More surprisingly, non-zero resonant peaks are found for some special values of the driving magnitude in the ultrastrong coupling regime g ~ 0.1ω. Moreover, for the different resonant positions, the peaks have different values, which can be used to achieve a precision measurement of the ratio between the coupling strength and the resonator frequency.
