We propose several schemes for quantum gate operations in the hybrid superconducting circuit. In these schemes, the gate operations can be easily carried out by adjusting some parameters. The advantage of our scheme can be shown by a particular structure design, which includes a large Josephson-junction coupling between two charge qubits and a crossing current coupling between two charge qubits and a flux qubit. Using our proposal, the pure σxσx coupling can be conveniently implemented for generating quantum phase gates. Moreover, since both charge qubits and flux qubit can be adjusted to work at the degeneracy points, these gate operations can greatly suppress charge noise and flux fluctuation.
