The dynamical properties of a single-mode laser are investigated when there are two different types of time delays existed in the deterministic force and fluctuating force respectively. In the case of small values of time delays, approximate delayed Fokker-Planck equation is obtained by the method of probability density approximation. The intensity correlation time Tc and effective eigenvalue λeff are derived. The different effects of the two delays are discussed.
